Terms of service
These terms govern use of BookingAsst. They are a launch-ready product draft and become the operator's final terms only after the operator confirms the legal entity, contact information, jurisdiction, and provider agreements.
The service
BookingAsst helps businesses receive booking requests, reply to messages and missed calls, schedule appointments, send reminders, manage waitlists and feedback, and connect third-party services. Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect; businesses remain responsible for their services, availability, pricing, customer communications, and legal obligations.
Accounts and acceptable use
Account owners must provide accurate information, protect access, have authority to connect phone numbers and external accounts, and use the service lawfully. The service may not be used for emergencies, clinical diagnosis, deceptive reviews, harassment, spam, unlawful discrimination, or collection of payment-card data, government identifiers, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Communications
Businesses are responsible for obtaining any consent required for calls and messages and for honoring opt-outs. BookingAsst supports STOP handling, but businesses must follow applicable telecommunications, marketing, recording, and privacy laws.
Pricing and third-party costs
The proposed software price is $1 per AI-booked appointment, capped at $9.99 per monthly billing period. Taxes, carrier charges, messaging or calling overages, hardware, and third-party provider charges may be separate if disclosed at checkout. Final billing terms depend on the configured Stripe price.
Third-party services
Connected providers have their own terms and availability. BookingAsst is not responsible for provider outages, account reviews, number porting, message-template approvals, carrier filtering, calendar behavior, or changes to external APIs.
Healthcare and regulated use
BookingAsst is not an emergency or medical advice service. Regulated businesses must complete their own compliance review and required agreements before processing protected or specially regulated information.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential damages are excluded and aggregate liability will be limited to the amount paid for the service during the preceding twelve months. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Ending use
Businesses may stop using the service and export their data. Access may be suspended for security threats, unlawful use, nonpayment, or material breach. Data deletion remains subject to required retention and backup cycles.
